Recovering from serious addiction start's with (Acceptance) Acceptanceaccepting that You have a problem or are causing a problem for yourself, someone, family etc . Accept You're current reality, Knowing that it is only temporary and that "in life Change is the only thing constant" Personal development

Forgiveness is typically defined as the process of concluding resentment, indignation or angerAnger as a result of a perceived offense, difference or mistake, or ceasing to demand punishment or restitution.[1][2] . ForgivenessYou have to live with you're self and be able to forgive you're self and the people who have hurt or harmed you & at the same time the people that you have hurt!!!. Find a way to Release the Anger in your Heart. (Resentment's, Relationships etc.) Note: Forgive is Not confused with Forget!!!

Resentment (also called ranklement) is the experience of a negative emotion (anger or hatred, for instance)[1] felt as a result of a real or imagined wrong done. Etymologically, the word originates from French "ressentir", re-, intensive prefix, and sentir "to feel"; from the Latin "sentire". The English word has become synonymous with anger, spite, and bitterness.Resentment

Shame [is, variously, an affect, emotion, cognition, state, or condition. The roots of the word shame are thought to derive from an older word meaning "to cover"; as such, covering oneself, literally or figuratively, is a natural expression of shame.[1]}Shame

Guilt is the state of being responsible for the commission of an offense.[1] It is also a cognitive or an emotional experience that occurs when a person realizes or believes—accurately or not—that he or she has violated a moral standard, and bears significant responsibility for that violation.[2] It is closely related to the concept of remorse.Guilt

Stepping away & seeing yourself behind the mask?  through NEW spectacle's. Many time's the addictions we acquire are second nature to the real cause of the problem, pain, fear, humiliation, guilt & addiction etc. itself. Recognizing the reason's you use and abuse and the psychological, physical and emotional or physical rational for the abuse. Knowing yourself then can you begin to isolate the problem's and decide how and when to rectify the situation. " And Knowing where you have been will help keep you where you are going ". ( Don't dwell on you're past mistake's but use them to help you make better wiser decision's in the future.)   Many Times we find ourselves in situation's because of or choice's in life
But seriously, either get you're Ass kicked or you kick it's ASS!!!. If you aren't serious about this then you aren't ready to accept and recognize .

1.Assertiveness Being assertive , knowing when to say NO but also being able to say yes eg. yes" to change"
2. Confidence Confidence in who you are , Yourself and you're abilities. People will actually see the Real person behind the Mask.
3. Self-esteemFeeling good about yourself will help keep you motivated in positive direction . Also people will likely be more attracted too you and will gravitate to you, your real friends.
4.Denial Get honest with yourself, Don't you think by now you owe it to yourself? Even though you can't ADMIT it to anyone else.

[Denial ism is choosing to deny reality as a way to avoid an uncomfortable truth:[1] "[it] is the refusal to accept an empirically verifiable reality. It is an essentially irrational action that withholds validation of a historical experience or event".[2]}Denialism

Don't be Fooled. even Good and addiction's that are healthy or not intended for long term use or addiction's that are not illegal, can lead to inadvertent destructive and negative addictive behavior's. eg. food, quitting tobacco can increase you're success by 50%.

"Misfortune reveals those people who are not really your friends." - A.F

Take back Control Over Yore Life!!! Don't be afraid to distance your self or find a NEW Circle of friend's and in some case's family. Don't let anyone take advantage of you or push you around! You know when to call off a Relationship especially if it is abusive and repetitive & manipulating this is where the Assertiveness !!! really come's in handy. Remember you have been abusing & beating yourself up for year's, no need to let everyone else continue to do it to you too?Psychological manipulation

"Be Strong!!! Try to complete you're goals in workable and in small steps that you can easily measure. " One Day at a Time " (A.A.A.) Make a plan , don't get discouraged. don't give up. believe in yourself !!

"REMEMBER: It's not  how u fall ? or how far off ? the Bike that counts but it's  how u get back up on that Bike and keep on riding "

Relapse in recovery is a natural part of the process however, this is not to be used as an excuse to let your guard down. "Don't beat yourself up over it!!!!!!!!!!"Relapse

Support: Find someone that you can TRUST in you're family or friends. Sometimes Family and Friends can be part of the problem so make sure it is someone you can confide in. Trust you're inner instinct's.Friendship

Groups and Organizations: You can do it Alone , although Success is more probable if you are just Beginning a road to recovery. if depression  is a factor then isolation is a enemy. sometimes isolation is un avoidable. so concentrate this time to focus on you're recover plan and MeditationResearch on meditation. make you're plan, "a chance to really see yourself through New Spectacle's."

There are allot of good groups and Organization's Be Ware of the one's that just want $$$$ and promise a quick Rehab Getaway Vacation solution package's? Beware of the Drug rehab Cult's, the one's that try to control your mind. Cult If the Traditional Method's haven't worked for you previously in the past then try a  New Alternative Progressive Program search!!!!

Addiction & Recovery is not a exact science but a emerging Field.

Don't get Brain Washed by anyone or any cults that profess that you cannot do it Alone or that their way is the only way to recovery and without their methods you will most likely fail.  " This is a Absolute  Myth"Mind control

Denial Denial Denial. Get over it .you probably aren't fooling anyone but yourself anyways so you might as well get honest with yourself sometime sooner or later? Nobody else care's, so don't why don't you think you should?  Think about it?
Meditation

WILL POWER!!!!!

SPIRITUALITY, This seem m's to be the Big Question, and a stumbling block for many Huh?  Much more la8ter!!!!!!

FEAR!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

More later
EXPECTATION'S!!!!!!!!!           THIS     IS a BIG ONE!!!!!!!   i will get back soon on this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well dude anyone can say, you have a problem. but unless they really know you it doesnt mean shit.

as far as rodman.. pffhhtt that aint a drinking problem.. cranberry and vodka.. come on.. thats a well drink. how about coke vodka, triplesec, rum and tequila... all in one drink.

everyone has a vice, everyones vice is different. you have to understand the situation and how they deal with it and go from there.

Dennis Rodmann: Celebrity Apprentice: Season 2  Addiction & Recovery

Dennis Rodman[Alcohol issues
[Rodman entered an outpatient rehab center in Florida in May 2008.[60] In May 2009, his behavior on Celebrity Apprentice led to an intervention which included Phil Jackson as well as Rodman's family and other friends. Rodman initially refused to enter rehabilitation because he wanted to attend the Celebrity Apprentice reunion show.[61][62] In 2009, Rodman agreed to appear on the third season of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.[63][64] Rodman remained a patient at the Pasadena Recovery Center for the 21-day treatment cycle. A week after completion he entered a sober-living facility in the Hollywood Hills, which was filmed for the second season of Sober House. During episode seven of Sober House, Rodman was shown being reunited with his mother Shirley, from whom he had been estranged for seven years.[65] During this same visit Shirley also met Rodman's two children for the first time.[66] On January 10, 2010, on the same day that Celebrity Rehab premiered, Rodman was removed from an Orange County, California restaurant for disruptive behavior[67]}Alcohol issues
